True North Roofing is a woman-owned third-generation contractor specializing in exterior trades: Roofing, siding, gutters and windows. Our team is comprised of equity-minded individuals. In this role you will be…

Providing GREAT customer care (A MUST HAVE)
Climbing up on roofs
Driving around town meeting new folks every day
Collaborating with others to get the job done
Working with an online software, entering data, setting appointments, prompt follow up on leads
Completing contracts and collecting payments
Creating photographic report for each homeowner
Using basic measuring tools and climbing ladders

The legal "musts" to be considered.

Have your own vehicle with up-to-date insurance
18+ and legal to work in the USA
Pass a background check

The benefits…

Salary ranges $60k - $90k PLUS earned commission (depending on experience and MUST meet quarterly goals.)
Full medical, 6 paid holidays, PTO and ESST earned 1 hour each per per every 30 hours worked, and a monthly gas stipend. NOTE: 401k coming Jan, 2025.
